Proud to present a beautiful set of two bergere chairs in French Louis XVI style.
Handmade around 1940 from beech . Beautiful decorated frame with very nice typical French decorations.

Our team has found these chairs in Marseille , France.
They have re-finished the frames about 6 months ago with a patine gold finish.
They have also replaced the padding and filling. The chairs are upholstered with a breathtaking beautiful damask fabric ( a blend of silk with cotton in a floral pattern) and the back rests and the removable cushions. The sides, under the cushions and the backs are upholstered also with a box of silk and cotton but now in checkered pattern. It matches perfectly with the damask fabric.

The chairs are very good condition for their age.

The measurements of the chairs are about:
CM: 70 cm wide x 57 cm deep x 92 cm high. The seat height is about 56 cm.
INCH: 27.5 inch wide x 22.5 inch deep x 36 inch high. The seat height is about 22 inch.

These beautiful chairs will be packed very well and send in a custom made wooden box including tracking and insurance with fedex.
