A beautiful Bergere chair in French Louis XVI style. Made around 1960 from solid beech wood. Beautiful handmade typical French decorated. The frame is very solid and sturdy.
Our team has refinished the frame with a new gold leaf finish a couple of months ago. They have also replace the padding and filling with new durable high quality material.
The chairs are re-upholstered with beautiful; high quality velvet fabric in a fuchsia/ rose colour. The seat is upholstered in tufted style . The sides and the back of the chair are upholstered with the same fabric in solid style. The backrest of the chair is upholstered with a beautiful 19th century scenery on fabric that is a blend of cotton with silk. The scenery shows a couple that is in love. The woman is feeding grapes to her lover in a beautiful garden background.
This is a single chair that fits perfect in every interior and in every room.
