Condition is very good, but consistent with age and use. The mahogany frame has minor scratches, dents, dings and finish loss or discoloration, mainly on the bottom of the legs. The fabric has meaningful staining which is apparent given the light color pattern, however most stains are fairly small or lite. They need to be either professionally cleaned or reupholstered.
