Pair of Adriano Piazzesi Italian 1970’s lounge chairs; the whole with channel and tufted upholstery, the sides and back are curved and covered in a warm brown Italian leather. The chairs are constructed of original solid wood structure and have been completely restored in our professional studio and are newly reupholstered in a Belgian textured creamy/white wool and cotton. The design, fabrication and form are highly indicative of the glamorous and playful style of Italy during the 1970’s and would make a sculptural and statement piece for any interior style.
Made in Italy, circa 1970, designed by artist and sculptor, Adriano Piazzesi (1923 – 2009).
