Stunning mid-century bronze chess set with a neo-classical motif in a brutalist style. Not sure who designed this but it is quite unique. The king is approx 6.5 inches tall and the pwns are 3.88 inches tall. The board is 21.75 inches square and is sheeted over wood. Good age appropriate condition. There is some loss to the felt on the bottom of the board and the pieces and board have age patina to them.
