Very nice table, carved acorn and oak leaf motif edge banding around the top, and carved acorn and oak leaf motifs throughout the table, including the drawer handles, and on the leg knees. The cabriole type form legs terminate in carved claw feet. Veneered quarter sawn top over a what appears to me a mahogany or other tropical hardwood substrate. 2 drawers on the ends on the table, the centre does not have drawers. The drawers are dovetailed construction with oak linings. The underside of the table secondary woods are pine and mahogany. Very well designed and crafted table. We absolutely love the carvings. This is a nice piece of furniture, and would make a great addition to a proper study or library.

Size: 60″ by 30″ Shapley top, 29 1/2″ tall.

Condition: Overall very good condition. There are a few larger scratches in the top from use, and transport. Age and use related wear consistent with age. Appears to have the original finish on the surface. Drawers operate smoothly. No Key. See pictures. Please DM for more detailed pictures.
